We offer bespoke, goal oriented one-to-one Personal Training in all disciplines.  Whether you are looking to rehabilitate from a back injury, improve posture, shed a few kilos or run your first 10k race, we can provide the help you need.  We create individual and bespoke programmes centered around your unique goals and needs.  You may need help with pilates or stretching or pre and post natal exercise.  All goals are catered for.  Prices are varied and affordable dependent on what you are looking for - simply contact us for more details!
